What a joy it was to share last evening with you.  We appreciate your engagement in this vital conversation about transforming conflict.  As promised, we are providing you with the PowerPoint used during the class, the Case Study we discussed, and a summary of Chapters 3 & 4, for those who may still not have their copies of the course book.

For Thursday, January 20, read Part I: Chapters Three and Four (pages 39-72) in “Spirit and Art of Conflict Transformation.” 

Optional Journaling assignment: Reflect on a past conflict situation that was particularly troubling to you. What could you have done differently in that conflict situation? Would your actions have changed the outcome?
