The New York Conference, along with Path 1, is scheduled to host Launchpad training August 2-4, 2018 at the Conference Center. This training, which is detailed in the next paragraph, offers not only the expertise of proven church and/or ministry planters from across our Connection; but, also the opportunity to be paired with a coach for one year. 
 
Launchpad is a training designed for church/ministry planting leaders and their teams.  It is specifically designed for teams that already have enlisted twelve or more people as a part of the team seeking to plant a new church/ministry.  This is not simply that there are twelve folks interested in attending or checking things out once worship launches – we are talking twelve who are “all in” and banded together to plant the church/ministry. While the goal is twelve committed persons, reality reminds us that often we may only have 5-10 who are "all in."
