You are receiving this email because you are listed as the chair or co-chair of a committee of the Connectional Ministries Vision Table.  As such, you are responsible for submitting requests for future budgets.

Attached you will find the end of year report for 2017, listing each committee, the amount spent in 2017, and the amount budgeted for 2018.  Please review this as you prepare to submit your budget request to support your ministry in 2019.  Please review the attached Mission, Vision, & Core Values statements also, and prayerfully consider how you will align your programming and ministry to these statements.  

Finally, please complete the Budget Request Form and return it to cmerante@nyac.com by February 28.
